What We Do vs. What We Don't Do
ClearSpace handles light demolition, cleanouts, and haul-away work. We do not perform structural demolition, utility disconnections, hazardous-material removal, or heavy construction work.
ClearSpace specializes in light, non-structural demolition and full cleanup — a faster, cleaner option for small tear-outs, structures, and haul-away jobs.
If a job requires permits, engineers, utility disconnections, heavy equipment, or hazardous-material handling, it is outside our light demolition scope.
Safety & Disposal Restrictions
Some items require licensed or specialized disposal. If you're unsure, send a photo before booking and we'll tell you upfront.
