What We Do vs. What We Don't Do

ClearSpace handles light demolition, cleanouts, and haul-away work. We do not perform structural demolition, utility disconnections, hazardous-material removal, or heavy construction work.

What We Do

Light demolition + full cleanup

  • Bathroom demolition, non-structural
  • Kitchen tear-outs: cabinets, countertops, and flooring
  • Drywall and flooring removal
  • Shed, deck, and fence removal
  • Playset and small structure removal
  • Garage, basement, and estate cleanouts
  • Full haul-away and job-site cleanup
What We Don't Do

No structural or heavy construction work

  • Full house demolition
  • Load-bearing wall removal
  • Structural modifications
  • Excavation or heavy machinery work
  • Electrical or plumbing disconnections
  • Hazardous material removal, including asbestos

ClearSpace specializes in light, non-structural demolition and full cleanup — a faster, cleaner option for small tear-outs, structures, and haul-away jobs.

If a job requires permits, engineers, utility disconnections, heavy equipment, or hazardous-material handling, it is outside our light demolition scope.
